HYGIENE CONCEPT
We are very happy that we can practice with you again.
To ensure that everything runs smoothly, there are the following requirements.
1. PARTICIPATION ONLY BY REGISTRATION
Due to the limited number of participants, you must register online using our timetable before the course. This way we can avoid long queues and disappointment at the entrance.
The studio opens 15 minutes before the start of the course and closes 20 minutes after the start of the course so that we can comply with the current hygiene standards.
We will continue to stream the classes in your home and you can join in, even if you may not have got a place in the studio.
2. The 3 G's
Anyone who has a complete vaccination certificate, proof of recovery or a negative test is allowed to practice.
3. KEEP YOUR DISTANCE
In the yoga room there are markings for your mat so that we can ensure it won't get too crowded.
4. MASKING REQUIREMENTS
As in all public spaces, mouth and nose protection is mandatory.
However, you can remove these on your yoga mat.
5. HAND AND OTHER HYGIENE
As always, soap and paper towels are available at the sink.
In addition, disinfectants are available to you when you enter and everywhere else.
We clean and disinfect all surfaces after every yoga class!
6. CHANGING AND SHOWERING
Changing rooms and showers may be used. Mouth and nose protection must be worn wherever the minimum distance cannot be guaranteed.
We ask you to shower at home if possible.
7. YOGA MAT AND TOWEL
Please bring your own yoga mat and towel with you. In case of doubt, we can also lend it out.
8. OTHER
- Please only come to the studio if you feel healthy.
- Sneeze and cough into the crook of your arm. Needless to say.
9. PRIVACY POLICY
By participating in our courses in the studio you agree that we all need to forward your information (name, e-mail) to the health department in case of F.
Unusual times require flexibility, acceptance and the courage to break new ground.
We are so happy to see you!
