GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL

With the purchase of offers and services from Mahalaya you accept these terms and conditions without reservation in all points.

2. RIGHT TO USE

You can use the premises at Mahalaya after presenting a valid membership card during the training period, observing the rules that are accepted by signing the registration form. Berlin Hot Yoga can deny the use at any time without giving reasons, or terminate the membership in the event of gross violations of these rules.

The yoga studio opens 15 minutes before the start of the course and ends 20 minutes after the end of the course. The courses start at the times indicated. There is no entry after the yoga class begins! For insurance reasons, no participant is allowed to leave the studio during an ongoing course. We recommend not to leave the yoga room either.

Participants under the age of 18 are asked to provide permission from a legal guardian when registering.

3. PAYMENT TERMS AND MEMBERSHIP

Your membership contract begins on the day of membership and ends on the end date entered on your membership card, depending on the membership contract you have chosen. Membership fees are generally to be paid in advance. In the case of memberships that grant a certain number of classes (eg 10-card), membership ends both after the class quota has been used and after the end date entered on the membership card.

Annual memberships are provided either in the form of a one-off, complete and prepaid fee or in the form of a monthly payment (subscription). Membership fees for subscriptions are collected monthly in advance from the second month by direct debit for a period of 11 months. The first month is paid in cash or by bank card when the contract is signed. If you pay for an annual membership monthly, you agree to sign Berlin Hot Yoga with a corresponding direct debit upon conclusion of the contract.

The right of use is not transferable to other people.

4. PRICES

The current prices can be found on the website ( www.mahalaya-yoga.de ). When a new price list appears, the old price list automatically loses its validity. In the case of reduced offers for specific hours, unemployed people and pensioners, the granting or continuation of the granting of this discount can be made dependent on the presentation of a valid proof.

5. CHANGES IN THE COURSE OFFER OR OPENING HOURS

We reserve the right to change our course offerings or opening hours in a reasonable manner without affecting the terms of payment.

6. FREEZING MEMBERSHIP

In principle, memberships can be suspended ('frozen') for a limited period (at least 4 weeks). This requires a prior announcement stating the exact period to be frozen, by email to info@mahalaya-yoga.de. The number of weeks of freezing is appended free of charge at the end of the original term.

7. TERMINATION - DISEASE - ACCIDENT

The annual season ticket contracts can only be canceled in case of permanent moving or pregnancy. All other cards can only be extended upon presentation of a medical certificate in the event of an accident or illness for a period of at least 2 weeks. The extension corresponds to the period of the injury or illness. This rule does not apply to the starter offer.

8. LIABILITY

Participation is at your own risk. Nelli Nolde / Mahalaya is not liable for the consequences of improperly performed exercises and any health damage that may result. The exercise instructions during the yoga class must be followed.

Nelli Nolde / Mahalaya assumes no liability for lost items. Claims of any kind are excluded. The entrance door is locked during the yoga classes. Personal valuables can be deposited on the shelf provided in the yoga room or in lockers. Mahalaya assumes no liability for lost private valuables or wardrobe.

9. MEMBER HEALTH

You must assure that there are no medical indications prohibiting you from doing the yoga exercises. If in doubt, a doctor should always be consulted before attending the course. The member undertakes to notify the yoga teacher immediately of a pregnancy, a chronic illness, an illness of the musculoskeletal system or the like. During pregnancy and up to six months after childbirth, participation in the yoga class for beginners is excluded (exception is the Hot Mama course).

Participation in yoga classes under the influence of alcohol, medication and drugs of any kind is prohibited. Mahalaya reserves the right to exclude participants from the yoga class without giving any reason.
